Il gruppo olandese celebre nel mondo per la sua musica originale è composto da Clemens van de Ven (voce e piano), Harry Hardholt (chitarra), Arend Bouwmeester (sax), Sin Banovic (batteria).
Note blues risuonano sotto il cielo stellato di fine estate a San Giovanni d’Asso. Domenica 11 settembre in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II si esibirà la “VandeVen Band” (ore 20,45 – ingresso gratuito) per una serata a ritmo di blues organizzata dalla Locanda del Castello con il patrocinio del Comune di San Giovanni d’Asso.
La band olandese, nata nel 1999, è celebre nel mondo per il suo stile musicale, un misto tra i suoni del blues di New Orleans di Dr. John, Fats Domino e The Meters e un tocco personale di contemporaneità. Il gruppo è composto da Clemens van de Ven (voce e piano), Harry Hardholt (chitarra), Arend Bouwmeester (sax), Sin Banovic (batteria).
