Un fine settimana speciale dedicato al tartufo bianco delle Crete Senesi, protagonista di eventi, incontri e buon cibo!
Il programma prende il via con:
ore 15:00 - Tra Natura e Tartufo, un’escursione con esperti cercatori e i loro cani (su prenotazione).
ore 17:00 – Presso il Museo Palazzo Corboli:
Convegno: Il tartufo da prodotto locale a risorsa del territorio.
Ingresso libero
ore 20:00 – Al Ristorante La Mencia, la giornata culmina nella serata di gala:

Nei ristoranti, bar e botteghe aderenti all'iniziativa, nei giorni del 13 e 14 dicembre, si potranno assaggiare piatti e proposte a base di tartufo, pensati per valorizzare questo prodotto identitario del territorio.
